Q. Do you take Reservations?
A. Due to our size and the nature of our business, we do not take standard dinner reservations.
However, if you are planning something special; let us know, we will do our best to accomodate! We have had our hand in more than one surprise engagement, birthday and reunion that requires a little coordination with the venue to pull off!
If you would like something a little more grand, perhaps to book a smaller group party
( 8 – 16 people), consider our:
“VIP Wine Deck” (Outside on our elevated covered patio with front row view of the live music and views of Main Street
)
or “The Haver Room” (Inside our Dining Room, a semi-private cozy area with community seating among the wine with shear partitions for privacy if desired) . Please see our Private Event Section for booking details.

Q. Do you sell anything other than wine?
A. Yes, We sell Beer by the bottle and the can (not on Tap). We also sell a variety of vodka based seltzers, THC based seltzers, non alcoholic beer & wine, lemonade, tea, coffee and soda. We do not sell hard liquor.

Q. Do you have a Happy Hour?
A. Yes! We offer $4 House Wines Monday – Friday and rotate Monthly Cellar Feature Wines for $6 a Glass as well as a Petite Charcuterie Plate for $10 from 4 – 7 pm Daily. Wine Club Members get 50% off 10 oz pours, Bottles & Flatbreads!
Every Sunday we do Sunday Sips Happy Hour all day 1 – 7 pm $5 on 4 oz pours on select open bottles and offer a Buy the Open Bottle Discount while supplies last!

Q. Do you Allow Pets?
A. Our patio has a City approved “Doggie Dining License” and Pets must remain on their leash. Service Dogs with proper paperwork are permitted inside.

Q. Can you accomodate Special Dietary Requests?
A. Yes. Our Flatbreads are vegan and can be topped with vegan friendly items of your choice. Gluten free crackers are available upon request. We also sell a variety of Non Alcoholic Beer & Wine.

Q. Can you mail a Gift Card?
A. Absolutely! In the “Special Instructions” section at the time of online purchase, give us the name & address and any message or regards you wish us to add to the gift card mailer.

Private Events
Q. Are Room Reservations deposits refundable?
A. It is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your event. If you cancel within 30 days we can apply your deposit to a future event date or issue you a Stirling Wine gift card for full deposit paid.

Q. What is the deadline to turn in our Menu items to the Event Coordinator?
A. You can review the Catering Menu online to help you build your menu. We will need your final menu choices no later than one week prior to your event.

Q. Can we bring our own food?
A. Health Department code requires we prepare and provide all food onsite in our State approved kitchen. We are able to allow outside commercially prepared desserts such as store bought cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. A small dessert handling fee will be applied to your bill. If you click on “Pay Your Deposit Online” you will be able to view the current list of appetizer and buffet items we have available for your event. If you would like something special or wish to order items from our regular menu, please let us know and we will do what we can to accomodate you!

Q. Can we come early to decorate?
A. We are there at least one hour prior getting ready for your event. Coordinate with us in advance, we are more than happy to accomodate early arrival so you can decorate for your special occasion.

Q. If we want the Whole Venue what is the cost?
A. It would be the combined rate of the Full Dining Room PLUS the VIP Wine Deck. Click the link on the Private Event page to see current rates and room options.

Q. Can we bring Audio/Visual technology to show or listen to during our party?
A. Bring your laptop and/or USB stick. We have a TV that can show presentations with our HDMI cable. We have a smaller TV that can accomdate a USB stick to show a photo slide show. We have a SONOS speakers sound system and accounts with Pandora & Sonos Music that have a variety of music stations you can choose from to fit your vibe. We also have a speaker with a microphone for announcements or speeches. Let us know what you need in advance.

If you are interested in having live music for your party please let us know, we have access to some of the best live musicians in Tampa Bay! From Rock, Blues, Jazz and more – they will charge you an additional fee, but we can put you in touch with someone who can take your event to the next level!


Wine Club
Q. Do I have to use all of my wine credits during the “Active” period of my wine club membership?
A. No, we have a 90 additional day grace period once your membership expires after 3, 6 or 12 months. We want to make sure no wine on your membership is left behind!
We do hope you will renew! If you do, then no rush! Any
credits remaining will roll over into your new membership.
Please note: If you decide against renewing, we do understand. There are many reasons that decision is the right one. We will always truly value you deeply as part of our Stirling Wine Club Family. While collecting those remaining bottles during your grace period, we invite you and your plus one to join us at that Quarter’s scheduled Tasting at a discount!

Q. How do the Wine Club Credits Work?
We use eGift Solutions, a Gift Card “vehicle” to keep track of your bottle credits. However when you sign up for a Stirling Wine Club Membership, you are not purchasing a Gift Card you are purchasing a 3 Month, 6 Month or 12 Month Wine Club Membership with wine club Credits that will appear as dollars on the card. One Dollar = One Credit.

These Credits can be used to “purchase” bottles. We have one credit, two credit, three credit and four credit bottles based on the value of the bottle. On our menu you will see our wine list has astericks * next to each bottle. That asterick will let you know how many Credits it will take to “purchase” that bottle. Simply present your card and we will deduct the credits from your wine club card. Drink with us at Stirling or take your bottle to go!

Q. Can I split a wine club membership with someone else or make it a Corporate Membership?
A. Stirling Wine Club is designed and priced as a single person membership. The Active Member must present their wine club card to us to obtain a bottle of wine. It must be Current and Active to receive Happy Hour discounts. Please bring this card with you to all Events. As an Active Member, you may bring a plus one to all Wine Club Events. Member benefits are not transferable. We no longer divide credits from a single membership onto multiple wine clubs cards.

Live Music

Q. I am interested in performing at your bar, how do I get on your schedule?
A. We are always looking for great new talent! We are booked out several months so we encourage touring acts to reach out months ahead of their travel plans to the area, but please still contact us with any interest as openings can be arranged.
