Rob was born and raised in Clearwater and is an Air Force Veteran. His family has had ties to the area since the 1950s. He brings restaurant experience from his years as a chef with legendary Chief Charleys and charcutiere with Publix Deli. He is a music lover and also books the live music, focusing on original singer songwriters, solos & duos.
Luanne was born in Ohio and moved here in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Advertising from The Ohio State University. As our wine consultant, she already has the education credentials for the WSET Level 2 Certification and is currently working toward her WSET level 3 Certification (Wine & Spirit Education Trust). She sources wines from boutique & small-production wineries from passionate winemakers around the world. Looking beyond mass-market labels, which allows Stirling to offer a broader & more distinctive Wine List.
Our Names
are Rob and Luanne Haver and we are the owners of Stirling Wine. Since opening our doors our goal has been simple; create a place where great wine, live music, and genuine hospitality bring people together. Stirling Wine has become more than a wine bar – it’s a community.
Many of our guests have become lifelong friends, and we’re proud to support local musicians, local charities, and the vibrant Downtown Dunedin we call home. We look forward to seeing and serving you soon!
